1) On-site inspection & sample collection

• Engineering team visited the factory to review raw material handling, utilities, and space constraints.
• Collected representative samples for lab tests and noted potential issues (high oil → risk of agglomeration; coarse fibers → wear).

2) Free laboratory testing (client samples)

• Performed test grinding, sieving, and mixing trials in our lab using the client’s spice batches.
• Measured mixing uniformity using a salt tracer method (10 grab samples across mixer discharge).

3) Customized equipment selection & design
