O Claw Crusher (Box Type) is a high-efficiency, fully enclosed industrial crushing machine, mainly designed for dry and semi-dry materials. Compared with traditional open-type crushers, the box-type design effectively prevents dust emission, reduces noise, and enhances operational safety. This equipment is suitable for industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural by-products, and feed, meeting the crushing needs of small to medium-sized materials.

Princípio de funcionamento

The box-type claw crusher adopts a combination of high-speed rotating claws and fixed knife plates for crushing:

• Alimentação: Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed inlet.
• Crushing process: High-speed rotating claws impact, shear, and grind the materials; meanwhile, materials continuously collide and tumble inside the box, achieving high crushing efficiency and uniform particle size.
• Discharge: Crushed materials pass through a pipeline into a cyclone dust collector and freely fall through a rotary valve.

Aplicações

• Grain and cereal crushing: Wheat, corn, rice, sorghum, oats, beans, etc. Suitable for flour processing, feed pretreatment, or deep processing of grains.
• Spices and seasoning crushing: Chili, pepper, Sichuan pepper, ginger, garlic, star anise, fennel, etc. Can be crushed into spice powders, seasoning blends, or spice granules.
• Nuts and oilseed crushing: Peanuts, sesame, walnuts, etc. Can be used for sauce processing (e.g., peanut butter, sesame paste) or crushed into small granules for baking.
• Dried fruits and vegetables crushing: Dried apples, carrots, tomatoes, etc. Can be processed into powders or granules for food additives or seasoning production.
• Straw and agricultural by-products: Corn stalks, rice straw, wheat straw, cottonseed hulls, etc. Can be crushed into granules for feed or organic fertilizer production.
