Besides, the material can be fed into the grinding machine directly without coarse crushing. The powder grinding machine has the features of big capacity, not changing the color, maintaining the physicochemical characteristics of the material.
Turmeric Grinder Features:
- Grinding: The core Disc Mill performs the primary size reduction, shearing and crushing turmeric into powder through the action of its durable toothed discs.
- Cooling & Material Evacuation: A dedicated high-pressure fan serves two critical functions:
- Preventing Clogging & Ensuring Flow: It generates an airflow that evacuates the freshly ground powder from the grinding chamber, ensuring smooth, continuous operation without blockage.
- Active Temperature Control: This airflow simultaneously cools the grinding zone, effectively dissipating heat to protect the quality and bioactive compounds (like curcumin) of the turmeric powder.
- Pulse Dust Collector: The pulse-jet mechanism periodically cleans these filters with bursts of compressed air to maintain filtration efficiency.The cleaned air is exhausted, and any collected dust settles into its dedicated hopper. This unit does not function as the primary product collector but is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant workshop.
