Its core feature lies in the use of food-grade stainless steel for the main components that come into contact with the salt, ensuring a hygienic, efficient, and durable grinding process.

Structure and Working PrincipleThe stainless steel salt crusher is equipped with a main unit mounted on the base. The main unit includes a body and a crushing chamber formed by the body and a connected access door.

• The body contains bearings and a main shaft supported by the bearings.
• One end of the main shaft extends outside the body and is fitted with a pulley, while the other end inside the crushing chamber is equipped with a rotor.
• Both ends of the bearings are sealed with inner and outer end covers.
• The rotor is fixed with multiple rings of steel teeth, which are interlocked with a toothed disk fixed inside the access door.
• The upper part of the access door features a feed inlet, above which a feed hopper is installed.
• The lower part of the access door has a discharge outlet.

Through the relative motion between the fixed toothed disk and the moving toothed disk, the material is crushed by impact, collision, and friction. The crushed material passes through a screen and is discharged out of the machine through the discharge outlet. The fineness of the discharge can be adjusted by replacing screens with different mesh sizes.
