A stainless steel dust collection & grinding machine pulls off two jobs at once: grinding materials and collecting dust. It not only boosts output but also keeps your workspace clean.
What Is the Pulverizer with Integrated Dust Collector?
This machine has two main parts: the grinding section and the dust collection section.
The grinding section includes a feed hopper, grinding chamber, and discharge outlet.
The dust collection section has components like a cyclone dust collector , a fan, and a pulse dust collection box.
It’s used for grinding dry materials across industries like food processing, chemical engineering, and pharmaceuticals.
What Types of Pulverizers with Integrated Dust Collector Are There?
There are two main stainless steel models:
Cyclone Dust Collection & GrindingMachine
Dust collection efficiency is moderate—it works great for separating larger dust particles.
Best for dry, non-sticky dust.
Pulse Dust Collection & GrindingMachine
Dust collection efficiency is high! The filter bags trap over 99% of tiny dust particles—hardly any dust escapes.
Can handle slightly sticky dust, moderately humid dust, or even high-temperature dust.
What Are the Usages of Pulverizer with Integrated Dust Collector?
Food Processing: Crushes grains, seasonings, tea leaves, etc.
Chemical Engineering: Crushes inorganic raw materials, plastics, graphite, etc.
Pharmaceuticals: Crushes raw materials for Chinese herbal medicines.
Aquaculture & Livestock: Crushes raw materials for animal and aquatic feed.
Mining: Crushes ores and metal powders.
Recycling: Crushes waste plastics, wood, and straw.
Why Choose the Pulverizer with Integrated Dust Collector?
Simple Structure: Compact design saves space. Low maintenance costs and easy to upkeep.
Easy to Operate: Comes with an electric control cabinet—all operations are one-button. Just one worker can run the whole process, saving labor.
High Safety: Has an emergency stop button. If something goes wrong, just hit the button to stop the machine right away, keeping workers safe.
Durable Material: Made of 304/316 stainless steel. It’s corrosion-resistant—even with damp materials, it won’t rust.
How Does It Work?
1. Materials enter the grinding chamber from the feed inlet, and the motor drives the toothed disc to run at a high speed, causing the materials to rub against each other into fine materials.
2. The negative-pressure fan sucks the “fine materials + dust” into the dust removal system. Qualified fine materials settle and are recovered, while dust is intercepted by the filter material.
3. Finally, clean air is discharged from the fan, completing “grinding + dust removal”.
