Based on the ordinary single machine, the Stainless Steel Cinnamon Grinder adds a cyclone dust removal device, making it more environmentally friendly for materials that produce higher dust, with no dust emission.

The Stainless Steel Cinnamon Grinder pulverizes materials using the internal fixed and movable toothed discs. The working principle involves the toothed discs starting to rotate at high speed driven by the motor. Material enters the grinding chamber evenly through the feed hopper, where the high-speed rotating discs carry out the rotational crushing work. Once the desired fineness is achieved, the finished product is discharged through the screen base at the discharge hopper. A airlock feeder above the discharge port allows for windless and dust-free free-fall discharge. The rear pulse dust collector can also absorb micro-dust generated during operation into the dust collection box. The grinding fineness is adjustable from 10 mesh to 120 mesh. The fineness varies depending on the raw material and can be selected as needed.

Important Notes for the Stainless Steel Cinnamon Grinder:

• Do not use hands, hard wooden sticks, or iron rods to force feed material if the feed port becomes blocked.
• After approximately 500 hours of operation, clean and inspect the bearings, and replace the lubricating oil.
• The operator must not leave their post while the machine is running.
• Immediately stop the machine for inspection if abnormal sounds are heard, identify the cause, and resolve it.
• Do not start the machine blindly without completing pre-operation preparations and checks.
• Let the machine run idle for 2-3 minutes before shutdown and close the feed control to clear residual material inside the machine.
• Do not allow operators to contact the transmission parts of the equipment during operation to prevent belt entanglement.
• Do not clean the equipment by spraying water.
• For all points equipped with grease cups, inject an appropriate amount of grease before starting up and check if rotating parts have sufficient grease.
• Regularly check the wear of the rotor disc and fixed teeth; wear will increase the particle size of the grind—replace them if severe wear is found.
• The maximum feed particle size for the grinder is 8-12 mm.
• Ensure safety first when closing the grinding chamber door to prevent pinching injuries.
