The frame of this mixer can be made of either stainless steel or carbon steel, customized according to requirements. Precautions for Operating the Stainless Steel Corn Starch Mixer

1. Check that all fasteners are tightened properly and ensure there are no foreign objects inside the drum.
2. Conduct a no-load test run to ensure all moving parts rotate smoothly.
3. Only feed materials after the machine is running normally. Materials to be mixed should be loaded into the drum simultaneously. Each batch should be mixed for 5-10 minutes before discharge begins.
4. If abnormal sounds occur during the operation of the drum mixer, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Only resume operation after the fault has been(resolved/excluded).
